General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 41 m² apartment located on the ground floor of the residence is equipped for 7 people. It includes:
-A living room with a convertible sofa, 1 TV
-A kitchenette with combination oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, refrigerator and coffee maker.
-A bedroom equipped with a double bed (180cm x 200cm)
-A bedroom with bunk beds (1 double below, 1 single above)
-A bathroom equipped with a bathtub
-Independent toilets
The terrace is North-facing with a view of Mont-Blanc.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed.
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
L'Epervier is a large residence located on the edge of the forest. Access via blue slope is immediate, and the resort centre with all shops is located 10 minutes on foot.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
It allows a return on skis to almost all residences (depending on skiing level), either by heading to Montchavin or returning to the resort centre. Parking available near the residences.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked minimum 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
