-A kitchen corner with microwave/grill, dishwasher, 3 induction hobs, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee maker.
-A bedroom with a movable partition equipped with a double bed.
The bathroom includes the toilet.
-A north-facing balcony with a view of Mont-Blanc.

THE RESIDENCE :
L'Epervier is a large residence located on the edge of the forest. Access via the blue slope is immediate and the resort centre with all shops is located 10 minutes on foot.

THE DISTRICT :
It allows ski-in, ski-out access for almost all residences (depending on skiing level), either going towards Montchavin or returning to the resort centre. Parking available near the residences.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes…

Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
