General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 1-bedroom apartment of 26 m² is located on the 1st floor (without lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a bedroom with bunk beds
- a living room with 1 rapido convertible sofa, 1 TV, 1 radio
- a separate kitchenette consisting of 1 microwave, 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette service
- a shower
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is north-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets accepted (with an extra charge of €40)
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
L’Equerre is located less than 300 metres from the shops and the resort centre. Ski slope departure and return are about 100 metres away. Public parking available in front of the residence. The north-facing apartments benefit from a lovely view of the valley and Mont Blanc.
THE AREA:
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shops. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift pass...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
