General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This studio of 13m² is located on the 1st floor of the residence and is equipped for 2 people. It includes:
-A living room equipped with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed, 1 TV.
-A kitchenette with mixed oven, electric hobs, refrigerator, coffee maker.
-A shower room with WC.
-A north-facing balcony with a view of Mont-Blanc. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not accepted.
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
The residence L'Equerre is located less than 300 metres from shops and the resort centre. The departure and return of the ski slopes is approximately 100 metres away. A public parking is available just 100 metres away. North-facing apartments benefit from a beautiful view of the valley and Mont Blanc.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The quietest area of the resort des Coches, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shops. The Observatoire area offers a very beautiful view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
