General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
Located on the 1st floor of the residence, this 2-room 26 m² is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
-A living room equipped with 2 single beds and 1 television.
-A kitchenette with oven, electric hobs, dishwasher and refrigerator, raclette machine, coffee maker, kettle.
-A bedroom with 2 single beds
-A bathroom and separate WC.
-A balcony facing north-west with a view of Mont Blanc.
Ski storage is in the residence.
No WiFi.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional charge of €40)
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
L'Equerre is located less than 300 metres from shops and the resort centre. Departure and return from the ski slopes are approximately 100 metres away. Public parking is available just 100 metres away. North-facing apartments benefit from a beautiful view of the valley and Mont Blanc.
THE AREA:
The quietest part of the Les Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shops. The Observatoire area offers a very nice view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
