General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION :
Located on the 2nd floor of the residence, this 1-bedroom apartment of 25 m² is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- A living room equipped with 1 convertible sofa and 1 television.
- A kitchenette made up of 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 induction hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Senseo, raclette set, fondue set
- A bedroom with 1 double bed
- A bathroom
- An independent WC
A northwest-facing balcony with a view of Mont-Blanc. The ski locker is in the residence.

The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE :
L'Equerre is located less than 300 metres from shops and the station centre. Departure and return from the ski slopes is about 100 metres away. Public parking available just 100 metres away. North-facing apartments benefit from a beautiful view of the valley and Mont Blanc.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
The quietest area of the des Coches station, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shops. The Observatoire area offers a beautiful view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the station centre is by a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked at least 7 days in advance) : End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
