- a bathroom with toilet included

The balcony with a view of the valley is facing North-West. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
L’Équerre is located less than 300 metres from the shops and the resort centre. Departure and return from the ski slopes is approximately 100 metres away. Public parking is available in front of the residence. The north-facing apartments benefit from a beautiful view of the valley and Mont Blanc.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shops. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
