General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This studio of 17 m² is located on the 3rd and top floor (without lift) and is equipped for 2 people. It includes:
- a living room with 1 single sofa bed with pull-out bed, 1 TV
- a kitchen area consisting of 1 combination oven, 2 vitroceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle
- a bathroom with toilet included
The balcony with a view of the valley is facing North-West. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
L’Équerre is located less than 300 metres from the shops and the resort centre. Departure and return from the ski slopes is approximately 100 metres away. Public parking is available in front of the residence. The north-facing apartments benefit from a beautiful view of the valley and Mont Blanc.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shops. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES and NOT INCLUDED (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass…
