This studio of 20m² is located on the ground floor and is equipped for 2 people. It includes:
- a living room with 1 single bed settee + 1 pull-out bed, 1 TV
- a kitchen in the entrance consisting of 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 induction hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, raclette set
- a bathroom with included toilets

The terrace with a view of Mont Blanc is North-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Boussole is located less than 300m from the station centre, shops and the ESF and directly close to the slopes. The residence is medium-sized with wooden cladding and exposed stone. A public parking area is nearby.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shops. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
