General description of the residence
LE LOGEMENT :
This studio cabin of 23 m² is located on the 1st floor (without lift) and is equipped for 3 people. It includes:
- a cabin with bunk beds
- a living area with 1 sofa bed, 1 TV
- a kitchenette comprising 1 grill microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, raclette set
- a bathroom with integrated toilet, towel dryer
The balcony with panoramic views of the valley is North-facing. The ski locker is located in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional charge of 40€)
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with blankets.
LA RÉSIDENCE :
La Boussole is situated less than 300 m from the centre of the resort, shopping facilities and the ESF, and is directly next to the slopes. The residence is of medium size with wooden cladding and exposed stone. Public parking is nearby.
LE QUARTIER :
The calmest area of the Les Coches resort, all residences are within a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shopping facilities. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND NOT INCLUDED (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes…
