General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION :
This cabin studio of 22 m², is located on the 2nd floor (without lift) and is equipped for 3 people. It includes :
- a cabin with bunk beds
- a living room with 1 single bed, 1 TV/DVD, 1 hi-fi system
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric hot plates, 1 fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom with included toilet
The balcony with a plunging view of the valley is North-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets accepted (with a supplement of €40)
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE :
La Boussole is located less than 300 m from the resort centre, shops and ESF and directly close to the slopes. The residence is medium-sized with wooden cladding and exposed stone. A public parking is nearby.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
The quietest area of the Les Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shops. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES and NOT INCLUDED (must be booked at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
