This cabin studio of 22 m², classified 1 star, is located on the 2nd floor (no lift) and is equipped for 3 people. It includes:
- a cabin with bunk beds
- a living room with 1 single bed, 1 TV/DVD, 1 hi-fi system
- a kitchenette with 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric plates, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette service
- a bathroom with toilet included

The balcony with a stunning view of the valley faces North. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE :
La Boussole is located less than 300 m from the centre of the resort, shops and the ESF and directly near the slopes. The residence is medium-sized with wooden cladding and exposed stones. A public parking area is nearby.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all the residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shops. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
