General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 3-room apartment of 49 m² is located on the ground floor (without lift) and is equipped for 8 people. It includes:
- one bedroom with 1 double bed
- a cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 sleeping places)
- a living room with 1 convertible sofa, 1 TV, 1 blu-ray player, 1 xbox console
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, raclette set, fondue set
- a bathroom with toilet included
- a shower
- a separate toilet
The terrace with direct access and view of the slopes is south-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional charge of €40)
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
La Clef is a residence bordering the Coches slope and very close to the centre of the resort and shops. It offers a magnificent view of Les Arcs and Mont Pourri.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of Les Coches, very close to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous events take place in the place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks under the residences Zig Zag and Traverse nearby, to be reserved through our intermediary.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
