General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION :
This 3-room apartment of 49 m² is located on the ground floor (without a lift) and is equipped for 8 persons. It includes:
- one bedroom with 1 double bed
- a cabin room with 2 bunk beds (4 sleeping arrangements)
- a living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 TV, 1 blu-ray player, 1 xbox console
- a kitchen area consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 4 vitroceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, raclette set, fondue set
- a bathroom with toilet included
- a shower
- a separate toilet
The terrace with direct access and view of the slopes is south-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets accepted (with a supplement of €40)
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with blankets.
THE RESIDENCE :
La Clef is a residence bordering the Coches slope and in immediate proximity to the centre of the resort and shops. It offers a magnificent view of Les Arcs and Mont Pourri.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
In the centre of Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous activities take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks under the Zig Zag and Traverse residences nearby, to be reserved through us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES and NOT (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
