General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This studio divisible by a mobile partition of 24 m², rated 1 star, is located on the 2nd floor (without a lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with 2 single beds and 1 single bed with trundle, 1 TV, 1 radio
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 combination oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette set, fondue set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The terrace with direct access and view of the slopes is east-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed

The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
La Clef is a residence bordering the Coches slope and in immediate proximity to the centre of the resort and shops. It offers a magnificent view of Les Arcs and Mont Pourri.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous events take place in the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks under the Zig Zag and Traverse residences nearby, to be booked through us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be reserved at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
