General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 1-bedroom apartment of 34 m², rated 1 star, is situated on the 3rd floor (without lift) and is equipped for 5 people. It includes:
- one bedroom with 1 double bed
- a living room with 1 convertible sofa and 1 single bed, 1 TV, 1 DVD player, 1 radio
- an independent kitchen composed of 1 combination oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 4 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of the resort is facing West. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an extra charge of €40)

The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
La Clef is a residence bordering the Coches slope and in immediate proximity to the resort centre and shops. It offers a magnificent view of Les Arcs and Mont Pourri.
THE DISTRICT:
In the centre of Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous activities take place in the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks under the Zig Zag and Traverse residences nearby, to be reserved through our agency.
SERVICES at EXTRA COST (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
