General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION :
This 3-room apartment of 42m² is located on the 4th floor and is equipped for 7 people. It includes:
Upstairs
- a mezzanine with 1 BZ sofa and 1 TV
- a bedroom with 1 single bed (90cm) and 1 bunk bed (2x90cm)
- a shower with toilet
On the ground floor
- a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm)
- a living room with 1 TV
- a fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 3 induction hobs, extractor hood, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
- a shower with washing machine
- separate toilet
The balcony with a view of the resort is facing West. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / No pets
No wifi.
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE :
La Clef is a residence bordering the Coches slope and in immediate proximity to the centre of the resort and shops. It offers a magnificent view of Les Arcs and Mont Pourri.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
In the centre of Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Many events take place in the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks under the Zig Zag and Traverse residences nearby, to be reserved through us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked at least 7 days in advance) : End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
