General description of the residence
Apartment of 52.52 m2 living space duplex located in La Chal in Saint Jean d'Arves on the ski area of Les Sybelles. Close to the slopes, shops, nursery, cinema.
The apartment comprises:
* on the lower level: an entrance, a first bedroom with a shower room, a bathroom, an independent toilet, a second bedroom, a living area with kitchenette with a convertible sofa and a staircase leading to the upper level, a terrace of 7.27 m2 facing south east with a view of the Aiguilles d'Arves.
* on the upper level: a landing leading to a third bedroom. Outdoor parking and ski locker.
Free TV. Pets not accepted. End of stay cleaning included.
