General description of the residence
Magnificent apartment, 4 Rooms of 83.40 m², 3 bedrooms located
on the 3rd floor with a lift in the residence La Grange aux Fées,
able to accommodate up to 9 people situated in the hamlet of la Fontaine.
Entrance with cupboard and independent WC leading to a spacious and bright living area, convertible sofa with 2 sleeping arrangements, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and the lounge. From this room, there is direct access to the independent 7 m² balcony facing East with a view of the summit of Crève Tête, the col du Gollet, and the valley.
From the corridor, there is the first bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed and cupboard, next to it the bathroom. Opposite, there is a second bedroom with 2 single beds and storage. Finally, there is a master suite with shower room and WC, equipped with a double bed (160 cm) and storage. From this suite, there is direct access to the spacious independent balcony of 9 m² with garden furniture.
