General description of the residence
ATTENTION SUMMER 2026: WORKS - ROOF RENOVATION OF THE RESIDENCE
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This studio divisible by portable partition of 28 m² is situated on the 2nd floor (without lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with a sleeping area 1 single sofa bed with pull-out bed and a dining area with bunk beds, 1 TV
- a kitchen area consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fondue set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is north-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an extra charge of 40€)
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with blankets.
THE RESIDENCE:
La Lanterne is located at the foot of the slopes, 200 metres from the nearest shops and less than 300 metres from the resort centre, the ski school and the crèche.
The residence is small with wooden cladding and exposed stone. Public parking nearby.
THE DISTRICT:
The quietest area of the resort of Les Coches, all residences are at a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shops. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
