General description of the residence
ATTENTION SUMMER 2026: WORK - ROOF RENEWAL OF THE RESIDENCE
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 1-bedroom apartment of 22 m² is located on the 2nd floor of the residence (no lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- A living room equipped with 1 sofa bed and 1 television.
- A kitchenette consisting of 1 microwave, 1 toaster, 1 dishwasher, 2 induction hobs, 1 refrigerator, Tassimo coffee maker, electric kettle
- A bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds
- A bathroom with toilet
A South-facing balcony with a view of chalets and fir trees. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / No pets allowed
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
La Lanterne is located at the foot of the slopes, 200 metres from the nearest shops and less than 300 metres from the station centre, ski school and daycare.
The residence is small with wooden cladding and exposed stone. Public parking nearby.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shops. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the station centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, bathroom linen, baby kit, ski lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
