General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 36 m² apartment, classified as 2 stars, is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 5 people. It includes:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed
- a mountain corner in the entrance with bunk beds
- a living room with 1 single bed and 1 TV/DVD
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 4 vitroceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette and fondue set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The living room and the bedroom are extended by a balcony facing East with a view of the slopes. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
La Marelle is located on the edge of the slope leading to Montchavin. A shuttle bus stop is directly accessible and will allow you to easily connect to the resort centre. The north-facing apartments offer a panoramic view of the valley and Mont Blanc.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located on the edge of the forest with its traditional architecture combining wood, stone, and slate, it allows for ski-in access to almost all residences (depending on ski ability), either heading to Montchavin or returning to the resort centre. Parking is available near the residences.
SERVICES AT EXTRA CHARGE AND NOT INCLUDED (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
