General description of the residence
LE LOGEMENT :
This 25 m² apartment, rated 1 star, is located on the 4th floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 TV
- a living room with 1 convertible sofa, 1 TV
- a kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave/grill, electric kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, and raclette set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is facing North-West. The ski locker is located in the residence.

The apartment is equipped with duvets.
LA RÉSIDENCE :
La Marelle is situated at the edge of the slope leading to Montchavin. A bus shuttle stop is directly accessible and will allow you to connect very easily to the resort centre. The apartments facing North offer a panoramic view of the valley and Mont Blanc.
LE QUARTIER :
Located at the edge of the forest with its traditional architecture combining wood, stone, and slate, it allows for a ski-in return to almost all residences (depending on skiing ability), either by setting off to Montchavin or returning to the resort centre. Parking is available near the residences.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift passes…
A security deposit and tourist tax payable on site.
