General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This duplex apartment of 30 m² is located on the 5th and top floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
Upstairs
- a bedroom with 2 single beds.
On the ground floor
- a living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 TV
- a kitchenette perfectly equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and raclette service
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is North-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
La Marelle is located on the edge of the slope leading to Montchavin. A bus shuttle stop is directly accessible and will allow you to easily connect to the resort centre. The apartments facing North offer a panoramic view of the valley and Mont Blanc.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Situated on the edge of the forest with its traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate, it allows for ski-in ski-out access for almost all residences (depending on skiing level), either departing towards Montchavin or returning to the resort centre. Parking is available near the residences.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
