General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 65 m² apartment, rated 2 stars, is located on the 5th and top floor (with lift) and is equipped for 8 people. It includes:
Upstairs
- a mezzanine with 2 single beds
- a windowless room with 2 single beds.
- a small shower (height 1.70m) with toilet and washbasin
On the ground floor
- a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and its TV
- a second bedroom with 2 single beds.
- a living room with 1 TV
- a fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 vitroceramic hobs, Senseo coffee maker and toaster.
- a bathroom
- a shower including a toilet
A washing machine and a tumble dryer are also present in the entrance of the accommodation.
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is facing North. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Marelle is located at the edge of the slope leading to Montchavin. A bus shuttle stop is directly accessible and will allow you to easily connect to the resort centre. The apartments facing North offer a panoramic view of the valley and Mont Blanc.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located on the edge of the forest with its traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate, it allows for ski-in returns for almost all residences (depending on skiing level), either heading to Montchavin or returning to the resort centre. Parking is available near the residences.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
