- a kitchenette consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, raclette and fondue set
- a shower with toilet included

The terrace with a stunning view over the valley faces North. The ski storage is located in the residence.

LA RÉSIDENCE :
La Pendule is located about 100 metres from the departure and return of the ski slopes. The shops in the resort centre are 250 metres away. Public parking is nearby. The north-facing apartments benefit from a magnificent panorama of the valley as well as a beautiful view of Mont Blanc.

LE QUARTIER :
The quietest area of the resort des Coches, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shops. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
