General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION :
This studio cabin of 23 m², rated 1 star, is located on the ground floor (without lift) and is equipped for 3 people. It includes:
- a cabin with bunk beds
- a living room with 1 single bed, 1 TV, 1 radio
- a kitchenette made up of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 electric hot plates, 1 refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue service
- a shower with included toilet
The terrace with a direct view of the valley is north-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional charge of €40)
no wifi
The apartment is equipped with blankets
THE RESIDENCE :
La Pendule is located about 100 metres from the start and return of the ski slopes. The shops in the resort centre are 250 metres away. A public car park is nearby. The north-facing apartments benefit from a magnificent panorama of the valley as well as a very beautiful view of Mont Blanc.
THE DISTRICT :
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shops. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance) : End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
