General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION :
Located on the 4th floor of the residence (without lift), this 2-room apartment of 27 m² is equipped for 5 people. It includes:
- A living room equipped with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed and 1 television.
- A kitchenette with oven, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, raclette machine, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
- A bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds and 1 pull-out bed.
- A bathroom.
- Separate toilets.
- A north-facing balcony with a view of Mont-Blanc.
Ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional charge of €40)
No WiFi.
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE :
La Pendule is located about 100 metres from the departure and return of the ski slopes. The shops in the resort centre are 250 metres away. A public car park is nearby. The north-facing apartments benefit from a magnificent panorama of the valley as well as a very nice view of Mont Blanc.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
The quietest part of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shops. The Observatoire area offers a very nice view of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked at least 7 days in advance) : End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
