About Apartment La Piste
Residence "La Piste", 4 storeys. On the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, located by a road. In the complex: storage room for skis. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, 25 minute walk to the centre, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5.8 km. Tennis 2 km, skisport facilities 500 m, slopes 9 km, ice field 700 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont-Blanc 9 km. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The residence consists of two buildings: A and B. Access to the building B by lift possible from the building A and then steps or drop-off at the bottom of the building B then steps in.

Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, address for key collection, etc.) will be sent to you by e-mail before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to make arrangements.
The keys will be available in the key box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site the day of your arrival:
Breakage deposit by credit card Visa / Mastercard : 300,00 EUR Payable in resort fixed price.
Please note : including tourist tax.

C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait même pas de minifour dans le studio. Le local de ski de la résidence n'est pas bien situé car se trouve au centre du bâtiment. Les couloirs qui y donnent accès sont interdit aux chaussures de ski ! Ce serait parfait si la résidence équipait ces couloirs d'amortisseur sonore du même genre que les accès des oeufs autorisant ainsi l'accès au local de ski.
