General description of the residence
WARNING SUMMER 2026: WORK ON THE SQUARE - RISK OF NOISE AND DUST
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This studio divisible by mobile partition of 27 m², rated 2 stars, is situated on the ground floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with a sleeping area 1 convertible sofa and a dining area 2 single beds, 1 TV, 1 hi-fi system, 1 DVD player
- an independent kitchenette composed of 1 combined oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, kettle, electric coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of the mountains is facing North-West. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with a supplement of €40)
WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
La Traverse is a long residence located immediately in the station centre, thus close to all the station's activities (restaurants, bars). The apartments facing north have a beautiful view of Mont Blanc while being quieter. The south-facing view overlooks the Carreau square.
THE AREA:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous activities take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered parking lots, to be reserved through our intermediary.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be reserved in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
