General description of the residence
ATTENTION SUMMER 2026: WORK ON THE SQUARE - RISK OF NOISE AND DUST
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This studio divisible by mobile partition of 27 m², is located on the 1st floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with a night corner 2 single beds and a dining area 1 convertible sofa, 1 TV, 1 DVD player, hi-fi system
- an independent kitchenette composed of 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric burners, 1 refrigerator, electric coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, raclette set, pierrade
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The terrace with a view of the Carreau square is south-facing (restaurant next door). The ski storage is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets accepted (with an additional charge of €40)
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
La Traverse is a residence all in length that is located immediately in the centre of the resort, so close to all the resort's activities (restaurants, bars). The apartments facing north benefit from a beautiful view of Mont Blanc while being quieter. In the south-facing exposure, the view is of the Carreau square.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and the ESF. Many activities take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks, to be booked through us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
