General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This divisible studio with a mobile partition of 27 m², is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with a sleeping area 2 single beds and a dining area 1 set of bunk beds, 1 TV
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a shower
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is facing North-West. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / No pets allowed
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with blankets.
THE RESIDENCE:
La Traverse is a long residence that is immediately in the resort centre, therefore close to all the resort's activities (restaurants, bars). The apartments facing north benefit from a beautiful view of Mont Blanc while being quieter. In south-facing apartments, the view is of the Place du Carreau.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous activities take place on the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered car parks, to be reserved through our intermediary.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
