General description of the residence
ATTENTION SUMMER 2026: WORK ON THE PLACE - RISK OF NOISE AND DUST
ACCOMMODATION:
This studio divisible by mobile partition of 27 m², is located on the 3rd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with a sofa bed and a sleeping area with 1 single bed + pull-out, 1 TV
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 microwave, 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette service
- a shower, 1 washing machine
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of the Carreau square is south facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / No pets
Wifi
The apartment is equipped with duvet covers.
THE RESIDENCE:
La Traverse is a long residence that is located immediately in the resort centre, therefore close to all the resort's activities (restaurants, bars). The apartments facing north benefit from a beautiful view of Mont Blanc while being quieter. Facing south the view is over the Carreau square.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous activities take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered car parks, to be booked through us.
SERVICES at ADDITIONAL CHARGE and NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
