- In the living room, a sofa, two coffee tables, and a large flat screen TV,
- an open kitchen on the living room, equipped with an oven, a microwave, an island for dining with high chairs and storage underneath, a refrigerator, a dishwasher to ensure a true holiday experience, a two-ring induction hob, and plenty of storage,
- a lovely balcony with a table and benches as well as two sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing, smoking, or admiring the view.


This apartment benefits from included services (except for short stays of less than 5 nights):

- bed linens, made beds, towels, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, a cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to kickstart your stay.

Please note that:
- a security deposit via credit card imprint will be required upon your arrival.

- keys will be handed over on your arrival day between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned before 9am on your departure day.

- the apartment is provided to you clean, and we request that you return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation amounting to 50% of the security deposit. This compensation will be used for the sanitisation of the apartment.

- pets are not allowed.
