General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 50m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 6 people. It includes:
- one bedroom with 1 double bed
- one bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed
- a living room with 1 single sofa bed + 1 pull-out bed, 1 TV
- a kitchen area consisting of 1 mini-oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set, fondue set.
- a shower with toilet included
- a second shower
The living room and the master bedroom are extended by a balcony facing north-east. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed

The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
Le Boulier is a renovated residence with a lift offering a very nice panoramic view of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the slopes and lifts is less than 200m and shops are accessible in less than 10 minutes on foot.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located on the edge of the forest with its traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate, it benefits from a privileged location, close to the station's centre and activities including the ice rink.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift passes…
