-1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.

The balcony with a view of the mountains is North-West facing. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
Le Damier is a 4-storey residence with typically mountain architecture directly near the centre of the resort.

THE AREA:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous events take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks under the Zig Zag and Traverse residences nearby, to be booked through us.
