- a shower with 1 washing machine
- a separate toilet

The 2 balconies with a view of the mountains are facing North. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
The 3rd Dé is a residence with a lift connected to the 4th Dé, located in immediate proximity to a bus shuttle stop. Access to the centre of the resort is approximately 300 metres and access to the slopes is approximately 200 metres.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located on the edge of the forest, Le Hameau du Sauget and its traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate benefits from a privileged location, close to the centre of the resort and activities.
