General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 3-room apartment of 45m² is located on the 1st floor (with lift) and is equipped for 6 people. It includes:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 balcony
- a cabin with bunk beds
- a living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 TV, 1 balcony
- a kitchen area composed of 1 combined oven, 1 dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, 1 fridge/freezer, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, raclette service.
- a bathroom with toilet included
- a shower with 1 washing machine
- a separate toilet
The 2 balconies with a view of the mountains are facing North. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets refused
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
The 3rd Dé is a residence with a lift connected to the 4th Dé, located in immediate proximity to a bus shuttle stop. Access to the centre of the resort is approximately 300 metres and access to the slopes is approximately 200 metres.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located on the edge of the forest, Le Hameau du Sauget and its traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate benefits from a privileged location, close to the centre of the resort and activities.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked a minimum of 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towel linen, baby kit, lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
