General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 2-room apartment of 34m² is located on the 3rd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 6 people. It includes:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 TV
- a cabin closed by a mobile partition with bunk beds
- a living room with 1 BZ sofa, 1 TV
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 grill microwave, 1 dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, 1 fridge/freezer, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, raclette set, washing machine.
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
Bedding consists of 2 duvets 220*240cm and 2 duvets 140*190cm.
The balcony with a view of the mountains faces Northwest. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an extra charge of €40)
WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
The 3rd Dé is a residence with a lift connected to the 4th Dé, located in immediate proximity to a bus shuttle stop. Access to the town centre is about 300 metres and access to the slopes is about 200 metres.
THE DISTRICT:
Located at the edge of the forest, Le Hameau du Sauget and its traditional architecture combining wood, stone, and slate benefits from a privileged location, close to the station's centre and activities.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be reserved at least 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
