General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 1-bedroom apartment of 26 m² is located on the 1st floor (with lift) and is equipped for 5 people. It includes:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed
- a living room with 2 single beds + 1 pull-out bed, 1 TV
- a kitchenette comprising 1 combined oven, 1 dishwasher, 4 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker.
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The terrace with a view of the resort is south-west facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with blankets.
THE RESIDENCE:
Le 4ème Dé is a large residence served by 2 lifts. The slope access is approximately 200 metres and the resort centre is 300 metres away. The location of the residence allows for relatively easy parking.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located on the edge of the forest, Le Hameau du Sauget and its traditional architecture combining wood, stone, and slate benefits from a privileged location, close to the resort centre and activities.
SERVICES AT EXTRA CHARGE (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
