General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION :
This 3-room apartment of 33 m² is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 persons. It includes:
- one bedroom with 1 double bed
- a second bedroom with 1 bunk double bed
- a living room with 1 TV and wifi box
- a kitchen area consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 3 induction hobs, 1 fridge/freezer, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, raclette and fondue set
- a shower with a washing machine
- a separate toilet
The terrace balcony with mountain view is North-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed
Wifi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE :
Le 4ème Dé is a large residence served by 2 lifts. The access to the slopes is about 200 metres and the resort centre is 300 metres away. The location of the residence allows for relatively easy parking.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
Located at the edge of the forest, Le Hameau du Sauget and its traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate benefits from a privileged location, close to the resort centre and activities.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked a minimum of 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
