General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 3-room duplex apartment of 38 m², rated 2 stars, is located on the 4th floor (with lift) and is equipped for 5 people. It includes:
Upstairs:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 baby kit (travel cot, high chair, playpen…), 1 TV
- a bathroom with toilet included
On the ground floor:
- a cabin with a movable partition with bunk beds
- a living room with 1 convertible sofa, 1 TV
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 vitroceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a shower with toilet included, 1 washing machine
The balcony with a view of the resort is south-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.

The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
Le 4ème Dé is a large residence served by 2 lifts. The access to the slopes is about 200 metres and the resort centre is 300 metres away. The location of the residence allows for relatively easy parking.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Situated on the edge of the forest, Le Hameau du Sauget and its traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate benefits from a privileged location, close to the resort centre and activities.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
