General description of the residence
ACCOMMODATION:
This 1-bedroom apartment of 25 m² is located on the 4th floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed
- a living room with 2 single beds, 1 TV
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, Barista coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom with toilet included
The balcony with a view of the resort is South-West facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional charge of €40)
WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
Le 4ème Dé is a large residence served by 2 lifts. The access to the slopes is about 200 metres and the resort centre is 300 metres away. The location of the residence allows relatively easy parking.
THE AREA:
Located on the edge of the forest, Le Hameau du Sauget and its traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate benefits from a privileged location, close to the resort centre and activities.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
