General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 2-room apartment of 25 m² is located on the 4th floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed
- a living room with 2 single beds, 1 TV
- a kitchenette comprising 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, Barista coffee maker, toaster, raclette service
- a bathroom with toilet included
The balcony with a view of the resort faces South-West. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an extra charge of €40)
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
The 4th Dé is a large residence served by 2 lifts. The slopes access is about 200 metres and the resort centre is 300 metres away. The location of the residence allows relatively easy parking.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located on the edge of the forest, Le Hameau du Sauget and its traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate benefits from a privileged position, close to the resort centre and activities.
SERVICES FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
