General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 2-room apartment of 35 m² is located on the 4th floor (with lift) and is equipped for 6 people. It includes:
Upstairs:
- one bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm)
- a bathroom with toilets included
On the ground floor:
- a mountain corner in the entrance with bunk beds
- a living room with 2 single beds, 1 TV
- a kitchen area consisting of 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 1 oven, 4 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette and fondue set
- a shower with toilets included
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is facing North. The ski locker is in the residence
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
The Dé 4 is a large residence served by 2 lifts. The access to the slopes is about 200 metres and the resort centre is 300 metres away. The location of the residence allows for relatively easy parking.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Situated on the edge of the forest, Le Hameau du Sauget and its traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate benefits from a privileged location, close to the resort centre and activities.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
