General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION :
This 2-room apartment of 35 m² is located on the 5th floor (with lift) and is equipped for 6 people. It includes :
Upstairs :
- one bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 TV
- one bathroom with integrated toilet
On the ground floor :
- a mountain corner in the entrance with 1 double bed (130cm)
- a living room with 1 BZ sofa, 1 TV
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 microwave oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 induction hobs, 1 refrigerator, 1 toaster, extractor hood, electric coffee maker, kettle, fondue set
- a shower with integrated toilet
The balcony overlooks the resort facing West. The ski locker is in the residence
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed

The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE :
Le Dé 4 is a large residence served by 2 lifts. Access to the slopes is about 200 metres and the resort centre is 300 metres away. The location of the residence allows for relatively easy parking.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
Situated on the edge of the forest, Le Hameau du Sauget with its traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate benefits from a privileged location, close to the centre of the resort and activities.
SERVICES at ADDITIONAL COST (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
