General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 2-room apartment of 26 m², rated 2 stars, is located on the 5th floor (with lift) and is equipped for 5 persons. It includes:
- one bedroom with 1 double bed
- a living room with 2 single beds + 1 pull-out bed, 1 TV, 1 radio cd
- a kitchen area comprising 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, nespresso coffee maker, toaster, raclette service
- a bathroom with toilet included
The balcony with a view of the resort is facing West. The ski locker is in the residence.

The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
Le Dé 4 is a large residence served by 2 lifts. The slope access is about 200 metres and the resort centre is 300 metres away. The location of the residence allows for relatively easy parking.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Situated at the forest edge, Le Hameau du Sauget and its traditional architecture combining wood, stone, and slate benefits from a privileged location, close to the resort centre and activities.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
