General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
Located on the 1st floor of the residence, this 27m² apartment equipped for 4 people includes:
-A bedroom with 1 double bed
-A living room with 2 single beds, a television/DVD.
-A kitchenette equipped with an oven, ceramic hobs, microwave, refrigerator, sandwich maker, electric kettle and an electric coffee maker.
-Shower room, separate WC.
North-west facing balcony with a view of Mont-Blanc. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not accepted.
No wifi
The apartment is equipped with blankets.
THE RESIDENCE:
Le Sextant is located about 100 metres from the slope. Access to the centre of the resort, located about 300 metres away, is via a pedestrian path. Public parking nearby.
THE AREA:
L'Observatoire is the quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shops. The Observatoire area offers a beautiful view of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a footpath in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski passes…
