General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION :
This 2-room apartment of 27 m² is located on the 1st floor (with lift) and is equipped for 5 persons. It includes:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed
- a living room with 2 single beds + 1 pull-out bed, 1 TV
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 3 vitroceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is facing North-West. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed

The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE :
Le Sextant is a large residence located about 100 metres from the slope. Access to the resort centre, located about 300 metres away, is via a pedestrian path. Public parking nearby.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shops. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES and NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance) : End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, bathroom linen, baby kit, lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
