THE RESIDENCE:
Le Sextant is a large residence located about 100 metres from the slope. Access to the centre of the resort, located about 300 metres away, is by a pedestrian path. Public parking nearby.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The quietest area of the resort des Coches, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shopping facilities. The neighbourhood of the Observatoire offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
