General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 1-bedroom apartment of 27 m² is located on the 3rd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed
- a living room with 1 single sofa bed with pull-out, 1 TV
- a kitchenette comprising 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, raclette service
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is facing North-West. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
The Sextant is a large residence located about 100 metres from the slope. Access to the centre of the resort, located about 300 metres away, is via a pedestrian path. Public parking nearby.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The quietest neighbourhood of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shops. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a footpath in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES not INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass…
