THE RESIDENCE:
The Sextant is a large residence located about 100 metres from the slope. Access to the resort centre, located about 300 metres away, is via a pedestrian path. Public parking nearby.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shops. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a footpath in less than 5 minutes.
