General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This studio of 24 m² is located on the 3rd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a mountain corner with bunk beds
- a living room with 2 single beds, 1 TV
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 combined oven, 1 dishwasher, 3 vitroceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric coffee maker.
- a bathroom with toilets included
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is facing North. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets accepted (with an additional charge of €40)
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with blankets.
THE RESIDENCE:
Le Sextant is a large residence located approximately 100 metres from the slope. Access to the centre of the resort, located approximately 300 metres away, is via a pedestrian path. Public parking nearby.
THE AREA:
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shops. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a footpath in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
