General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 2-room apartment of 28 m² is situated on the 4th floor (direct access level walkway) and is equipped for 5 people. It includes:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed
- a living room with 2 single beds + 1 pull-out bed, 1 TV
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 4 induction hobs, 2 table top refrigerators, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette set, washing machine
- a bathroom with electric towel dryer, hairdryer
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc and the valley is facing North. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with a supplement of €40)

The apartment is equipped with duvets.

THE RESIDENCE:
Le Sextant is a large residence located about 100 metres from the slope. Access to the centre of the resort, located about 300 metres away, is via a pedestrian path. Public parking nearby.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shops. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass…
