General description of the residence
ATTENTION SUMMER 2026: CONSTRUCTION ON THE SQUARE - RISK OF NOISE AND DUST
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 2-room apartment of 27 m² is located on the 2nd floor (no lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a bedroom with bunk beds for 3 sleeping arrangements
- a living room with 1 convertible sofa bed in 160cm, 1 TV, 1 radio
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 induction hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces North. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
Large residence which extends on either side of the Place des Commerces, it is therefore ideally located in the town centre. It has an underground car park, hence the interest in reserving a space through us for an additional cost.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of the Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous activities take place on the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered car parks, to be reserved through us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be reserved in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
