General description of the residence
WARNING SUMMER 2026: WORK ON THE SQUARE - RISK OF NOISE AND DUST
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This divisible studio of 27 m², classified 1 star, is located on the 3rd floor (without lift but accessible by 1 floor from the top of the building) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with 1 double bed, 1 TV, 1 radio
- a sleeping corner with bunk beds
- an independent kitchenette consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 electric plates, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is north-facing. The ski locker is in the building.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets accepted (with an extra charge of €40)
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE BUILDING:
Large building that extends on either side of the place des Commerces, it is therefore ideally located in the town centre. It has an underground parking from which it is advisable to book an extra space through us.
THE AREA:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the daycare and the ESF. Many activities take place on the place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered car parks, to be booked through us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift passes...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
Arrival: 5pm
Departure: 10am
