General description of the residence
ATTENTION SUMMER 2026: WORKS ON THE SQUARE - RISK OF NOISE AND DUST
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This duplex apartment of 30 m² is located on the 4th floor (without a lift) and is equipped for 5 people (1st floor from the secondary entrance). It includes:
Upstairs (stairs a bit steep)
- an attic bedroom with 3 single beds
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
On the ground floor
- a living room with 1 convertible sofa, 1 TV, 1 DVD player
- an independent kitchenette consisting of 1 combination oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
It has a view of the Carreau square and is facing East. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not accepted
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
Large residence that extends on either side of the square of shops, it is therefore ideally located in the resort centre. It has an underground car park, hence the interest in reserving an additional space through our agency.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and the ESF. Numerous events take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered car parks, to be reserved through our agency.
SERVICES AT EXTRA COST AND NOT INCLUDED (to be reserved in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
