General description of the residence
ATTENTION SUMMER 2026: WORK ON THE SQUARE - RISKS OF NOISE AND DUST
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This studio that can be divided by a mobile partition of 27 m² is located on the ground floor and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with 4 single beds, 1 TV
- an independent kitchenette consisting of 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The terrace with a view of the surrounding fir trees is South-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets refused
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
Large residence clad in wood and stone. It communicates with the residences Les Pentes and La Traverse and is well located in the centre of the resort. Underground parking under the residence, to be booked through our agency.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the daycare and ESF. Numerous events take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered car parks, to be reserved through us.
SERVICES FOR SUPPLEMENT AND NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift pass...
